How do you compare to OTAs?+
We don't replace OTAs — we recover the guests they bring you. Mae moves repeat guests to direct booking, so you keep the relationship and the margin on the next stay.
What if I want to leave?+
Clean export of guest profiles, conversation history, vault data and KPI history in standard CSV/JSON. The sovereign vault goes with you. No hostage-taking.

Sandbox vs production — what's the difference?+
Sandbox runs Mae against fictional bookings so you can hear her voice safely. Production connects your real PMS and WhatsApp number after a guided go-live.
Where is my data stored?+
You choose your residency region — UK, EU, UAE, KSA or US. Data stays in-region.
Are you GDPR compliant?+
Yes — GDPR, PDPL and CCPA. Consent receipts, audit log, retention policy and a built-in DSAR workflow.
What's your refund policy?+
Boutique is monthly with no lock-in — cancel any time. Annual plans are pro-rated on exit.
What does setting up involve?+
A 14-step guided wizard, resumable across days, with founder-led help. Most boutiques are live within approximately 10 days.
