We collect only what we need to run your hotel's thread. We never sell guest data. You control consent and can request deletion at any time.
What we collect
Account data (name, email, hotel name), reservation data synced from your PMS, guest conversation data, and interaction logs for Mae's grounding and audit trail.
How we use it
To run the HotelThread service: powering Mae's responses, generating your briefings, routing tasks, and keeping your approval queue accurate.
Your rights (GDPR / PDPL / CCPA)
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Guests may request deletion of their vault data via the consent controls in the dashboard. We provide a DSAR workflow.
Retention
Conversation data is retained for 24 months by default, or until you request deletion. PMS-synced data follows your PMS retention policy.
