We started with one belief: hospitality is a relationship, not a transaction.

Independent hoteliers built their reputations on knowing their guests. Then the tools arrived — a PMS here, a chatbot there, an OTA taking the relationship and the margin. We built HotelThread to give that thread back: one calm, agentic line between a hotel, its guests, and everything it already runs. We're early, and we're honest about that. We'd rather get a few hundred boutique hotels right than a thousand wrong.
