Use HotelThread to run your hotel. Don't abuse it. Your data is yours and you can take it with you. We'll give you notice before anything material changes.

These terms govern your use of the HotelThread service. By creating an account you agree to them.

2. Your data

You retain ownership of your guest and operational data. You may export it at any time in standard formats. We do not sell it.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing messages to guests.

4. Changes

We'll give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms or the service.

5. Limitation of liability

HotelThread is provided in good faith. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
